The Numbers Cafe is a full service restaurant consultancy and advisory firm. We specialize in all areas of running a restaurant. From the process of negotiating a lease, to opening the doors, and on-going support, we continuously guide in creating a sustainable business.

Founder, Rehan Alam has graduated from SUNY Old Westbury with a Master's degree in Accounting. He attained a management degree from the Institute of Culinary Education and has over 10+ years experience in operating restaurants and bars across NYC. With his expertise in numbers, education in the management of restaurants, and his experience in working with various venue's across NYC, Rehan is well equipped to handle the various moving parts of the industry.
